Visit with Grandma and Grandpa Ely, Roma, Delilah, and Debbie's family

This is the Museum of Glass that the kids and I went to with Grandma and Grandpa Ely. We have been there 2 times now. They have quite beautiful pieces of art. I really wish that we could take pictures inside, I don't understand why we are not allowed to do that. I would love to have the pictures to remember them. It seems very Amish of them.
This is coming back up the stairs from the creek from our traditonal hot dog roast.

We sure do enjoy being with our family. This is our our traditional hot dog and s'more roast at the Ely fire pit at the creek. This is Hannah, Brendon, Grandpa, Derek, Grandma, Roma, and Cassandra. I hope that the kids will take this memory far with them in their memories.

Derek playing with Cassandra and Brendon. He sure does love to play with his cousins.

Hannah with Grandpa's new toy, his red convertable Miata. They had a great time. Derek and I also had a great time riding in the car with Grandpa. I got to ride with him to see the sunset.

Derek and his good buddy, Grandpa

The two boys resting on Grandma Ely's garden bench. Grandpa told Hannah and Derek the story of the bench. This was a favorite place that Grandma Sandra Ely loved to sit in her garden. I love it when the kids hear famiy stories. . . I just hope they can remember them.

Derek outside of the bird cage. Grandpa has given him a love for birds. Derek loves to spend hours out in the bird cages with his friends. He can tell his friend love him. Derek saw one of the birds smiling at him. He feels so lucky to be able to feed the birds that is something he loves to do.
